Strongbox temporarily stores access details so that updated reports can be collected later. Users can disconnect the link by removing the web service user's access to Sage Intacct.
Disconnect an active connection in Sage Intacct:
1. At the top of your Sage Intacct system, click on the the Applications drop-down.
2. In the Applications menu, you can now choose the Company heading to open up the Users, roles, and groups menu.
3. You can now select Web Services users to view your list of users that have been granted this access.
4. In your list, you can select the Finagraph NA NA line and choose the Delete button at the end. A pop-up box will ask you to confirm that you want to delete that item and you can press "Ok" to complete the disconnection.
